We are a team of engineers, clinicians, and operators rethinking healthcare for startups and and SMB's. We make it simple for startups to offer ICHRA with built in direct primary care, including free virtual visits, over 1,000 prescriptions, and 40+ lab tests. Contributions are made with tax-free dollars, and we handle everything from onboarding to ongoing care so founders can stay focused on building.

I immigrated from Kenya to Philadelphia at 13 when my family won the lottery. My father cashed out his pension to buy tickets, and we moved into a small apartment in inner-city Philadelphia. I eventually dropped out of Penn State with the Thiel Fellowship to start Vitable Health after seeing hourly workers in my parents’ business struggle to afford insurance. At Vitable we give them and the small businesses that employ them access to affordable care through ICHRA and direct primary care.
