I bring 10+ yrs experience navigating highly regulated spaces. I developed and launched AI-enabled tools for US gov and private sector, gaining firsthand experience with the rigorous scrutiny that comes with adopting AI solutions. I developed and scaled a hardware technology to replace nuclear gauge testing in the construction industry during my PhD, saving States $Ms that resulted in publishing an ASTM international standard.

Roksana BaleshzarCo-founder & CTO
Roksana is Cofounder and CTO of TectoAI, the HR system for AI agents. She holds a Master’s in Computer Science and spent 6+ years at Google building ML features in Gmail, shipping to hundreds of millions of users. She specializes in deploying AI safely at scale, with deep experience in real-time systems, data sensitivity, and edge-case failure.
